We’re looking for a versatile Copywriter who knows how to craft messages that engage, inspire, and convert. With experience writing for various platforms and audiences, you’ll be the voice behind both our agency and our clients, creating content that stands out and resonates. If you’re passionate about words, strategic in storytelling, and have a knack for adapting tone and style to fit any brand, we’d love to talk.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Craft Engaging Content Across Channels: Write compelling copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and more for both our agency and our diverse client portfolio.
  • Tailor Brand Voice: Develop unique brand voices that align with each client's identity, adapting tone and messaging across platforms for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of copy with visual content.
  • Optimise for Engagement & Conversion: Create content that not only captivates but also drives action, focusing on customer engagement and conversion.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 3+ Years in Copywriting: Proven experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment, with a portfolio that shows your ability to write for diverse brands and formats.
  • Mastery of Language: Fluent in both English and German, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt language for different audiences.
  • Versatile & Strategic Writing: Ability to write across various styles, from professional to playful, with an eye on strategic storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Content Creation Skills: Comfortable working with content calendars, social media trends, and optimising content for SEO and engagement.

This role is for a master of inspiration and strategy who can spark big ideas and elevate creative concepts to a knockout level, all while navigating a fast-paced, electrifying environment. Your role will involve leading our creative vision, transforming brand concepts into high-impact, multi-platform campaigns that captivate visually discerning audiences.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Innovate & Execute Creative Strategies: Craft fresh, sophisticated strategies that turn complex ideas into engaging digital experiences across print, digital, and social media.
  • Lead & Mentor a Cross-Functional Team: Inspire and guide a team of graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, and web developers, driving quality and creativity while ensuring brand alignment.
  • Build & Empower Teams: Strengthen our internal team and collaborate with a network of freelancers, ensuring high standards in all deliverables
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with the Head of Brand and key account managers to align priorities and execute projects on time and to brief, supporting the agency’s and clients’ goals.
